Who we are

What we collect

Only what you send us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone and town (optional), the services you pick and your message. If you call or email us, we use the details you give us there. Giving us your details is voluntary, but without a name and email address we can't reply.

Why we use them

To reply to you, arrange a visit and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don't use your details for advertising, send newsletters, sell them or make automated decisions based on them.

Who else handles your details

Only the providers we need to run the website and the form:

• OrptoLab d.o.o. (hi@orpto.com): maintains the website and the form. It processes your details as our processor, only on our instructions.
• SiteGround: a server in the EU that receives the form and sends it on by email. It does not store the form.
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Gmail): the mailbox the enquiries arrive in. Google may also transfer data to the USA; such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• BunnyWay d.o.o. (Bunny.net, Slovenia): delivers the website. It never receives the form data and only keeps technical visit logs.

How long we keep them

As long as needed to reply and, if you hire us, to carry out the work. Enquiries that don't lead to a job are deleted within 12 months at the latest. If you do hire us, details on invoices and contracts are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no analytics or tracking, and fonts, images and video load from our own server, with no third-party content. The hosting providers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of visit) needed to run the site securely.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your details, restrict or transfer them, or object to their use. Email us at mihamalar@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si).
